Responsive to this request, and per clarification you are seeking “any documents subsequent to 2021-30 showing or discussing the actual easement and/or parking area,” staff in our Operations Division indicate no additional records exist. As the Plat and RFP noted above both fall under the County as the custodian of the records, you can find information about submitting an MPIA request to them at this site: https://www.howardcountymd.gov/PIA.
