Responsive to this request, the following can be made available via disk/mail due to the volume of records. 

• Zum Services, Inc. - Technical Proposal, Presentation, Price Proposal, BAFO Price Proposal and a Clarification Response. Under MPIA GP § 4-335, which prevents disclosure of confidential trade secret, commercial or financial records furnished by an outside unit, biographical data (including resumes) on key employees, customer reference information (also under MPIA GP § 4-310), information regarding innovations developed by Zum, proprietary program approaches, internal management principles and techniques including protected business practices and corporate policies, and unique pricing and service offers throughout the documents have been redacted as they have the potential to cause harm to the competitive position of the vendor from whom the information was obtained and/or impair our ability to obtain similar information in the future. 
• First Student Price Proposal and BAFO Price Proposal. Under MPIA GP § 4-335, which prevents disclosure of confidential trade secret, commercial or financial records furnished by an outside unit, proprietary program approaches and unique pricing and service offers found in the pricing submissions have been redacted as they have the potential to cause harm to the competitive position of the vendor from whom the information was obtained and/or impair our ability to obtain similar information in the future.
• Tip Top Transportation, Inc Price Proposal and BAFO Price Proposal. Under MPIA GP § 4-335, which prevents disclosure of confidential trade secret, commercial or financial records furnished by an outside unit, unique pricing and service offers found in the pricing submissions have been redacted as they have the potential to cause harm to the competitive position of the vendor from whom the information was obtained and/or impair our ability to obtain similar information in the future.

For reference, only three vendors had price proposals considered following evaluation of the technical proposal.
