RE: Bargaining Unit Employees
For fiscal years 2019-2024, copies of any internal or external audit/ assessment findings and results for any financial or performance-based reviews conducted impacting bargaining unit employees during the relevant years.
Specifically, audits performed involving hiring practices, wages, recruitment/ staffing, classification of positions, time and attendance, and funding of positions.
-Provide the scope of the assessments that were performed
-Provide copies of the data/reports that were reviewed.
-Provide a list of offices/points of contact that performed the assessments and what specific years/timeframe
-Provide the summarized results of the studies/assessments that were performed
-Provide copies of any action plans/corrective action plans that were implemented to remediate any identified deficiencies.
