In your July 31, 2024 response to my previous PIA (https://mpia.hcpss.org/requests/2025-001), you stated that the total amount spent by HCPSS in FY2023 "under special education for parent attorney reimbursement, expert witness fees, other settlement costs from due process, mediation, state complaints, or any informal compliance determinations" was $1,155,746.55. The legal fees monthly report listed FY2023 special education legal fees at $98,520 and FY2024 special education legal fees at $201,820.79 (with only $75,000 budgeted for 2024). I am requesting the direct payment request forms for the items comprising the $1,155,746.55.
