Responsive to this request, staff involved in the development of the Superintendent’s plan have indicated there are no correspondence mentioning polygons 178, 179, 1178 and 1179. Per the Superintendent’s presentation to the Board on October 3, 2017, he was specifically looking for moves that met his goals at the elementary level to include relieving overcrowding with the opening of Elementary School #42, balancing capacity utilization and projected enrollment across elementary schools in the Columbia area, and providing relief to Manor Woods Elementary School. At the middle level, his goals included creating more consistent feeder patterns.
