I would like to submit the following public records request for the following documents.
• All current contracts with between the district and its current vendor for each of the following items:
a. Graduation photography
b. Class Rings
c. Graduation Regalia (Caps and Gowns)
d. Yearbooks
e. Diplomas/Diploma Covers
f. School Uniforms (If applicable)
I understand there is likely a different contract for each of these items above in question. I would appreciate being provided all active contracts the district has for each individual item listed above if said contract exists.

Responsive to this request, the only item from this list which is purchased at the district level is diploma covers. Given the purchase amount is under $50,000, this is done via a Purchase Order and not via contract/bid. We do have a current contract for supplemental photography, but it does not include graduation.
