This is a request under the Maryland Public Information Act, Title 4 of
the General Provisions of the Maryland Code.

I am requesting, preferably in electronic format, all requests by Board of Education members to the Office of School Planning related to redistricting/capacity from August and September, 2017. Also include the responses by the Office of School Planning to Board of Education members.

Per clarification to narrow emails to requests for information on redistricting and capacity made by Board member Christina Delmont-Small for the indicated timeframe, please find attached responsive emails along with the reply by school planning personnel. Please note, for the “Capacity of HCPSS Schools” email dated September 15, 2017, school planning staff indicates after verbal discussions, no follow-up response was produced for Ms. Delmont-Small/the Board.
