all Escheated funds which the Board of Education for your county has received from
probate cases that were deposited into your registry between April 14, 2023 and April 14, 2025, and have not been claimed.

Responsive to this request, please find attached a deposit record containing information related to escheat funds received by HCPSS. Please note, the school system receives funds per the Maryland Code, Estates and Trusts Article ยง 3-105 Escheat, but does not track those claimed or remitted. Additional information sought such as those entitled to claim the funds per estate may be obtained from the Office of the Register of Wills in Howard County.
