All notes/transcripts from meetings between the superintendent and from the HCPSS Office of School Planning staff regarding the subject boundary review and master plan.
2) All electronic and paper document communication (including transcripts, if available) between Board of Education members, the superintendent, and HCPSS staff regarding Centennial Lane Elementary School as it relates to the subject Boundary Review process and any research, data, reports, or other documentation that was considered in the subject process.
2a) All building and or facility condition assessments and floor planning communication and documentation between Centennial Lane Elementary School staff, the Central Office, the Board of Education members, and or the Office of School Planning as it relates to the subject Boundary Review Process and the implementation of the Pre-K Program at Centennial Lane Elementary School.
3) All electronic and paper document communication (including transcripts, if available) between Centennial Lane Elementary School staff, the Board of Education, and/or the Office of School Planning regarding the assessment, proposal, approval of the Pre-K program at Centennial Lane Elementary School.

Responsive to this request, per clarification on request #1 above you are seeking “any meeting minutes or transcripts from meetings which had the purpose of discussing the current Boundary Review (impacting the 2026-2027 SY), or for which the current Boundary Review was an agenda item during the meeting, if available,” no meeting minutes or transcripts from meetings between the superintendent and the HCPSS Office of School Planning which had the purpose of discussing the current Boundary Review exist. Additional time would be needed for review of requested communications.
