Please provide the detailed calculations, methods, data used, and assumptions for the transportation cost (IV.B.1.c) scoring in the Board Report, October 3, 2017: Presentation of the Attendance Area Adjustment Plant and in the Assessment of AAC 9/27 Plan - NEW 10/19/17.

Responsive to this request, the School Planning Office indicates, aside from the assessments themselves, there are no existing documents which contain calculations or worksheets/reports which document proposed bus counts/mileage/etc. Each score is a result of consultation directly with the Transportation Office regarding the proposed moves and their impact to the sending and receiving schools in terms of mileage, ride time added or saved, and the addition or subtraction of needed buses for the schools involved.
