Responsive to this request, please find attached a report containing the requested information on all budgeted FTE positions for active HCPSS staff as of September 22, 2025. An employee may appear more than one time if s/he has more than one position for any reason, including within a single location. Years of experience can be read as YYM. Current obligations to Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), requires education data to be reported only for professional staff, and experience data is newly being requested for non-professional staff beginning in FY26. Non-professional staff experience and education may be maintained in other electronic and hard-copy personnel records; therefore, the values included on this report will not reflect all education and summary experience totals if it is not available in the HR system. HCPSS has made substantial efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information; however, data collection and reporting is consistently subject to change.
