Responsive to this request, and per discussions to date to identify the data sought, please find attached a report regarding each HCPSS employee within the HCEA and HCASA bargaining units for FY2025. Please note, Tax Pay includes payroll/gross data for employees between 07.19.24 through 07.03.25 pay periods and this report covers active employees as of school year 2025. In regards to your request for “Interscholastic Athletics Coaches’/Advisors’ Stipends earned” that information is tracked separate by Athletics and they do not identify coaches by bargaining unit. Under the MPIA process, and as advised in the Nineteenth Edition of the Maryland Public Information Act Manual created by Maryland’s Office of the Attorney General, an agency is only obligated to produce existing records and has no obligation to create records to satisfy a PIA request.
