I am requesting public records related to Independent Educational Evaluation payments and policies. I would like to review the following:
1. IEE Fee Schedule & Rate Caps
Any current fee schedule, rate cap, maximum allowable charge, or "reasonable cost" criteria used by the district when reimbursing external contractors for Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs). If formal fee schedules do not exist, any board policies or written procedures governing IEE reimbursement and fee caps would be appreciated. I am specifically interested in rates for speech-language evaluations, but will accept information covering all evaluation types if that is how records are maintained.
2. IEE Contractor Payment Records
A list, report, or copies of invoices/purchase orders showing charges from and/or payments made to external contractors for speech-language IEEs completed between fiscal years 2023-24 and 2024-25 to date. If available, I would appreciate the following information:
* Payment amount per evaluation
* Date of service or payment
* Type of evaluation (if categorized, e.g. SLP/speech)
* Contractor name or anonymized identifier
I do not need individual student names or identifying information.

This form letter is currently used to inform parents of the maximum costs covered by the school system for IEEs per evaluation type.
This available tracking data includes payments made by the school system directly to external vendors during SY24 and SY25 for the purposes of speech-language IEEs.
