Under the Maryland Public Information Act, I’m requesting an Excel (.xlsx) file showing wages paid in calendar year 2025 to Howard County Public School System temporary employees only, regardless of hire date.

Please include, if available: employee name, job title, work location or department, temporary status classification, total gross wages paid in 2025, pay type and rate, and start/end dates.

Responsive to this request, no report identifies total gross wages paid for temporary employees along with the additional details per employees. Please note, under the MPIA process, and as advised in the Eighteenth Edition of the Maryland Public Information Act Manual created by Maryland’s Office of the Attorney General, an agency is only obligated to produce existing records and is not required to generate new data or summarize data. Per discussions to identify available data that would be helpful for your purposes, please find two reports attached below.
