I am requesting a copy of any document containing number of HCPSS student suicides in the last 5 years. If a spreadsheet exists, I am requesting a copy of that without the fields that have personally identifiable information.

Responsive to this request, there are no existing HCPSS records containing data on the number of student suicides. Please note, indication of the manner of death of a student is at the discretion of the individual family.
