The gifts and donations database as it is defined on BoardDocs. District Policy and Regulation details how certain gifts and donations be entered into this database. We are requesting all the gifts and donations entered into the database over the last 10 years.

No database tracks details regarding donations to HCPSS. Please note, each month a Donations Report is also given/approved by the Board of Education for all donations received throughout the system over $500 in value.
