· The Contract and/or Vendor Services Agreement, including the budget breakdown (standard fee schedule and/or pricing schedule) between Fountas & Pinnell and Howard County Public School System for the 2015-2016 and the 2016-2017 school years.
· Invoices received from Fountas & Pinnell for the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 school years.

Per our email conversations, HCPSS does not hold any direct contracts with Fountas & Pinnell, and have no documents containing standard fees or a pricing schedule, however, we have located the attached responsive pricing documents where payments were made to Heinemann Library for the use of Fountas & Pinnell software and/or programs between July 1, 2015 and July 1, 2017. Under MPIA GP § 4-311, which prevents disclosure of personnel records of an individual, employee identification numbers have been redacted.
