In addition to the records supplied below, additional records related to current discussions of property transfer are being withheld as inter/intra-agency memorandum under MPIA GP ยง 4-344 which allows a custodian to deny inspection of government documents containing confidential opinions, deliberations, advice or recommendations from one governmental employee or official to another for the purpose of assisting the latter official in the decision-making function.
