I would like documents (electronic, paper, or otherwise) that detail what the "consolidated" plan was for elementary schools that was used for the basis of the work sessions, including whatever Ms. Hanks used to determine what polygons were in the "consolidated" plan in Work Session IX. When possible, please include information on when those documents were created and, when applicable, edited.

Responsive to this request, all documents used for the Board’s plan as well as changes made through motions are found on the Board Docs website per work session held during the boundary review process: https://www.hcpss.org/school-planning/boundary-review/process/#work-sessions. Staff indicates prior versions of Dr. Wu’s and Ms. Mallo’s led to the consolidation, which can also be found per work session at the link provided.
