Requested Information
I am requesting all drafts of the statement made by Ms. Ellis prior to the ratification of vote on redistricting at the 12/17/2019 Board meeting (please include emails and pdf or word files with the drafts). I am also requesting a color copy of the statement that Ms. Cutroneo mentioned that she highlighted with all the inaccuracies she believed were in the statement.

Responsive to this request, under MPIA GP ยง 4-301(1), which requires a custodian to deny inspection of a record if by law, the public record is privileged or confidential, we are denying access to email records with counsel and drafts contained therein as attorney-client communications and attorney work product.

Additionally, notes made by Board of Education member Vicky Cutroneo regarding this statement have previously been released under MPIA 2020-257.
