I am requesting the following additional information regarding the HCPSS General Counsel position:

1) How many individuals applied for the HCPSS Chief of Staff/General Counsel position During May 2017?

2) On the application, what did applicants indicate when asked how they learned of the position?

3) Of the applicants, how many were invited to interview for the position?

4) Of those applicants invited to interview for the position, how many were actually interviewed?

5) What is the gender breakdown represented by applicants overall and also by those applicants invited to interview for the position?

6) What is the ethnicity and race breakdown represented by applicants overall and also by those applicants invited to interview for the position?

Under MPIA GP § 4-311 “a custodian shall deny inspection of a personnel record of an individual, including an application,” therefore names identifying individual applicants have been redacted from the responsive records.

Responsive Documents
A query of our system for individuals who submitted an application for the Chief of Staff/General Counsel position, showing the number that applied, and the breakdown of gender, ethnicity and race as self-reported by the applicants. Please note, this system does not track interviews nor were applicants asked to indicate how they learned of the position.
