The documents these derailments are mentioned in. Who presented these documents and to who were they presented as well as under what circumstances were they presented.

For reference, concerns about the proximity of train lines to proposed school construction were addressed in the following Board of Education documents: Responses to Questions Raised at September 23, 2010 Work Session and Public Hearing presented by Joel Gallihue, Manager of School Planning at an October 7, 2010, Board of Education meeting; and New Middle School #20 Construction Document presented by Bruce Gist, Director of School Construction and Michael Lahowin, Principal in Charge of TCA Architects at a November 15, 2012, Board of Education meeting.
