HCPSS MPIA Request #2018-106

Requested Information
Please post on the HCPSS webpage entitled, “ACC Process,” the detailed survey results prepared for the ACC meeting held on 8/22/17. The survey due date of 1 week (unacceptable since many people were on vacation) was extended by one week to allow for more community feedback, yet the data has not been publically released. The community took the time to respond, and deserves to know the ACC accounted for the additional feedback provided on their draft proposal from the 8/8/17 meeting. Detailed survey results were made available for the 8/15/17 meeting (“Survey Responses regarding AAC DRAFT ‐ from 8/9/17 through 8/15/17”). Similar results for the extended 8/22/17 deadline also need to be made available before the public hearings next month. The affected communities need to understand how the ACC used the survey data for their final recommendation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this most contentious issue that would split up our contiguous Dunloggin neighborhood and result in many students changing high schools.
