HCPSS MPIA Request #2018-118

I am looking at the Blom report http://www.boarddocs.com/mabe/hcpssmd/Board.nsf/files/AP6QTQ6ADC72/$file/07%2018%202017%20Legal%20Fees%20Monthly%20BR.pdf which was presented to the BOE on 18 Jul 17 in particular I am looking at expenses for MPIA for the month of April. Specifically the amount of $4,043.00 paid to Adaptive Consulting. I want to know what that money was paid for. Let me make this clear since the HCP$$ PIA Request folks have a serious problem understanding what the public is looking for. That money would have been spent because of a PIA Request which is simply someone asking for information. 1) I would like to see the original request. 2) I would like to see the HCP$$ response. 3) Now if you folks don't mind I would like to see the rest of the documentation related to this PIA Request which cost us $4,043.00
