Response Notes

Please note, while no studies have been done to identify students using non-resident addresses, per Policy 9000 an investigation can be conducted when a student seeks to meet enrollment/eligibility requirements or when there is cause to suspect an unreported change in residency. Data is available on residency hearings, contained in the Student Reassignments document provided, which are a component of the residency process and used when parents/guardians appeal a residency decision of the Student Reassignment and Residency Office.
