I would like to receive a copy of the current AAC map (after Aug. 22 meeting) as well as information regarding the Dunloggin survey submittals (polygons, 150,1150,4150, 219). I would like to know if our plans were tested, the results as well as the total amount of survey's received. Thank you.

Please note, all of the resources found on the AAC website are presented to the AAC members who then decide how to use in their development of scenarios and the final recommendation plan. There are no responsive records that answer your questions regarding which recommendations/feedback were specifically used/accepted/decided on by the AAC. Under the MPIA process, and as advised in the Fourteenth Edition of the Maryland Public Information Act Manual created by Maryland’s Office of the Attorney General, an agency is only obligated to produce existing records and is not required to answer questions that would “create records to satisfy a PIA request.”
