Please provide a document clearly explanation the process, calculations, procedures used for the "Projection Methodology" defined under Item I. of Policy 6010-IP. I understand that the projections vary for each school districts depending on the level of the schools (ES, MS and HS) and also on the location/zoning. If the software used by OSP is built to perform this exercise, I would like to receive a copy of Operations Manual for that software, and the logic used to build the model.
