Good Evening I would like some documentation regarding why the HCPSS General Counsel, Mr. Mark Blom, has his name listed as part of the Superintendent's Cabinet on the Feasibility Study released on June 22, 2017? According to BOE public documents, Mr. Blom was not officially re-hired as General Counsel until June 26, 2017. Thank you for your attention to this.

The appointment of Mr. Mark Blom as HCPSS General Counsel was announced and approved at the June 8, 2017, Board of Education meeting. The School Planning Office indicates it included the most up to date cabinet appointments when presenting the 2017 Feasibility Study.
