I am requesting copies of all correspondence between the BOE or any individual member and the County Executive regarding:

(1) Funding for High School #13; and/or
(2) Placement of High School #13, including but not limited to any discussions of the Mission Road or Landing Road sites.

I request such information dating back to January 1, 2014.

HCPSS Capital Budgets as posted following annual February BOE budget meetings serve as funding requests to the County, and the approved Capital Budgets as posted following annual May BOE budget adoption meetings – both of which include the local portion of the request/approval. The original request for High School #13 was first included in the FY2015 Long Range Master Plan:
