I am requesting, preferably in electronic format, for the last 3 years, the number of special education vacancies per school that were not filled for 6 months or more and the number of transfer requests for a special education position in the same school in the same year.

Responsive to this request, our Human Resources Office found no special education vacancies across the HCPSS system in the past three years which lasted for six months or more. Additionally, they indicate teachers are not required to complete transfer requests to change teaching areas within the same school.
