Requested Information
1. Any wage determinations applicable to the following construction projects: (i) Wilde Lake Middle School Replacement project in Howard County (Project Number 035.15.B1; Determination Number 23190) (hereinafter referred to as the “Wild Lake Middle School Construction Project”) and (ii) the #42 New Elementary School Project in Howard County (Project Number 045.16.B4; Determination Number 28643);

2. Any Contract provisions related to prevailing wage requirements of contractors and subcontractors who performed work on (i) the Wild Lake Middle School Construction Project and/or (ii) the #42 New Elementary School Project;

3. List of all subcontractors that performed work on (i) the Wild Lake Middle School Construction Project and/or (ii) the #42 New Elementary School Project;

4. All certified payroll documents submitted by Sody Concrete Construction, Inc. (“Sody”) for work performed (i) on the Wild Lake Middle School Construction Project and/or (ii) the #42 New Elementary School Project;

5. All Inspector Daily Reports, or similarly named reports, that reflect the work performed by Sody on (i) the Wild Lake Middle School Construction Project and/or (ii) the #42 New Elementary School Project.

If any clarification at all is required of the requests made herein, please contact me. If it is faster or less costly, please produce the information by E-mail, thumb drive, or CD instead of producing hard copies.

Responsive to the specific request for certified payroll documents submitted by Sody Concrete Construction on either of the referenced projects, HCPSS is not the custodian of such records. Our Construction Office indicates such records are submitted by contractors directly to a Wage Investigator in the Prevailing Wage Unit of the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.
