Response Notes

Responsive to this request, the majority of these items were produced in-house by HCPSS Print Services, however that office operates on an inclusive budget under Communications and does not typically produce work orders/invoices per job. Based on bulk supply orders equivalent to $0.336 per sq.ft. for vinyl & $0.16 per sq.ft for ink, Print Services estimates the following costs for materials and supplies:

1. Front Lobby Display w/ mission statement

       $39.90 for 118.75 sq.ft. of vinyl

       $19.00 for ink

2. Staff Photo

       $16.80 for 50 sq.ft. of vinyl

       $8.00 for ink

3. Board Room Photos (used frames from old photos)

       $20.16 for 60 sq.ft. of vinyl

       $9.60 for ink

Responsive specifically to the request for costs related to signs placed on the stair risers, our Academics Office indicates they were a free give-away received by a staff member in Central Office.
