A database/spreadsheet/log of all deferred (overdue or pending) HVAC maintenance needs in the school district at present day.

Deferred HVAC maintenance projects that are currently overdue/pending, under both the Operating and Capital Budgets, including data reflective of the sample chart supplied for reference
