At the Board of Education meeting on February 8, 2018, Renee Kamen testified that 80% of the acreage of the Troy Park site for HS13 was purchased with Open Space funding. Please provide the documentation upon which this statement is based. Specifically, for each parcel comprising the Troy Park site, who owns the parcel, when it was purchased, and what funds were used for the purchase, and the deed or other record which documents the constraints on the use of the parcel.
