Pursuant to state public records rules http://www.oag.state.md.us/Opengov/pia.htm (and, if necessary, the federal Freedom Of Information Act, 5 USC 552, and the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 USC 552a) I hereby request copies of the following documents: Copies of all letters to community/parents sent home by principals explaining incidents at schools in 2017-18 school year (thru present day) reviewed and maintained by public information office.

Emails from schools to parents/the community identified since the first day of school on September 5, 2017 through the end of February 2018, narrowed to those containing “bully.”
