I would like to request all direct correspondence between HCPSS and County Council members Dr. Ball and Jen Terassa pertaining and in response to the Aug 11 2017 letter from Dr. Ball and Jen Terassa from MPIA-2018-333. Thank you.

Responsive to this request, we have found no existing records of a direct response from HCPSS to the letter received on August 11, 2017 from Council members Dr. Ball and Ms. Terrasa. For reference, the correspondence provided below sent to the County Council on August 4 and 9, 2017, although not in response to the August 11, 2017 letter, pertained to the FARMs data discrepancies. The FARMs data in question was revised August 7, 2017 http://www.hcpss.org/f/schoolplanning/aac/comparison-farm-assesments.pdf while the Spanish translation http://www.hcpss.org/f/schoolplanning/2017-feasibility-study-spanish.pdf requested in the letter was already in progress and posted publically towards the end of August 2017.
