Please provide data on National Board Certified Teachers in Howard County Schools. Specifically, I request data on how many NBCT teachers there are in the county, what schools they teach at, % of NBCTs at each school, and whether that school is a Title 1 school.

While no existing records contain the percent of teachers with National Board Certification by school, staffing per school can be found in the Annual HCPSS HR Report: https://www.boarddocs.com/mabe/hcpssmd/Board.nsf/files/AV5RTS6C98EB/$file/01%2025%202018%20Human%20Resources%202017%20Annual%20BR.pdf most recently presented to the Board of Education on January 25, 2018 (see Appendix B, page 27-29, which contains total certified teaching staff by location).
