I am requesting data showing how many FM systems were used with students in elementary, middle, and high schools over the past 5 years. Also any policy or procedural information related to FM systems.

While no policies or procedural information exists related to the use of FM Systems, the HCPSS Department of Special Education (DSE) indicates use for individual students is determined based on need when working on an IEP plan, which would involve input from an Audiologist as well.
