I am requesting a comprehensive listing of all employees in the Howard County Public School System as of 4 September 2018. My format preference is excel e-mailed to me.
The data fields we are requesting are listed below:
Personnel First Name
Personnel Last Name
Work Location Name (ie. District or School Name)
Work Location Full Address (street, city, State and zip code)
Position/job title description (i.e. Supt, Coordinator, Principal, Teacher, Librarian, Custodian etc.)
For each Teacher – ALL the subject(s) and/or ALL the grade(s) teaching (i.e. Biology, Grade 5, Geometry 8th grade)
Code Numbers for position and/or subject taught
Years’ Experience
Salary
Highest Degree

A report containing the requested information on HCPSS staff as of September 2018. Please note, employees in split positions will appear more than once, and teachers who teach related arts will appear across more than one grade. Years of experience can be read as YYM and includes years worked in the most recent permanent position with HCPSS. Current obligations to Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), requires experience and education data to be reported for certificated staff only. Non-certificated staff experience and education may be maintained in other electronic and hard-copy personnel records; therefore, this report will not encompass all such data.
