Since bullying and false bullying incidents are numbers reported to the state, I am requesting any documents listing the number of bullying forms and the number of student statement forms filled out per school during the last school year (2017/2018).

No existing record contains data on the number of student statement forms filled out per school. Student/Witness Statement Forms are a tool available for schools to use as needed for multiple purposes, in addition to investigation of reported bullying incidents. As such, locating each form throughout the school system from individual student or disciplinary files, etc. would be an overly broad request for which we are unable to estimate the breadth.

HCPSS has made substantial efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information; however, data collection and reporting is consistently subject to change. Please be mindful when comparing data as many variances can occur between reports based on date pulled, parameters used, categories included, etc.
