While no existing records contain the maximum occupancy per room at any one time, for reference the HCPSS Capital Planning and Construction Division indicates occupancy load as established by the 2015 International Building Code is estimated at 20 net square feet per person for an educational classroom. Relocatables used by HCPSS are approximately 800 square feet, and villa classrooms are approximately 730 square feet.

Records specific to the presence of additional support accompanying a particular student on an as needed basis have the potential to reveal confidential student information and thus are not releasable under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), which restricts access to student records, and MPIA GP ยง 4-313, which prevents disclosure of school district records pertaining to individual students.
