Per discussions to date, provided here is Special Education data related to services for current HCPSS students. Please note, the Census report included above will be the official data for federal and state funding purposes, but as that has yet to be finalized by the Maryland State Department of Education for the 2018-2019 school year, we are providing reports on a snapshot in time from current HCPSS data. HCPSS has made substantial efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information; however, data collection and reporting is consistently subject to change. Please be mindful when comparing data as many variances can occur between reports based on date pulled, parameters used, categories included, etc.:
• 504 by Grade (as of December 18, 2018)
• IEP by Primary Disability (as of December 18, 2018)
• IEP by Grade (as of December 18, 2018)
• Special Education Exit Data (for SY2017-2018): Please note, exit data includes students receiving special education services who exited the HCPSS school system between July 1, 2017 thru June 31, 2018 by reason. This does not include students who, during that timeframe, remained in the school system but stopped receiving services under special education.
