While related expenditures may live within various programs under the HCPSS budget, as a whole budgets and actuals for Special Education are reported by one specific state mandated category which can be found in the HCPSS Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, under Other Supplementary Information - Schedule of Expenditure Compared to Budget (Non-GAAP Budgetary Basis). The attached excel sheets contain these charts as available from our Finance Office back through FY2012.
