Please provide data, broken out by high school, on the number of HCPSS-provided computers in use per school, the number of computers assigned to students per school, and the number of computers unassigned to students or not in use per school. Please provide data, broken out by school, on the number of new computers planned for deployment to each high school in each of the next five years and the number of computers scheduled for retirement in each of the next five years.

The current plan for deployment of future computers is contained in this July 12, 2018, report to the Board of Education. This plan is dependent on and limited by funding availability. Please note, related to the above planned deployment, our Information Technology staff indicates the number of computers decommissioned will be no more than the number of computers deployed.
Data on existing computer devices within each high school and the portion which are considered student computer devices. Please note, our Information Technology staff indicates zero student computers are considered not in use. HCPSS has made substantial efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information; however, data collection and reporting is consistently subject to change. Please be mindful when comparing data as many variances can occur between reports based on date pulled, parameters used, categories included, etc.
