Please provide the latest spreadsheet showing the deferred maintenance items, deferred maintenance costs, and facility condition indices for each facility in the system. Please provide planned capital improvement spending for each facility as well as the amounts already funded through obligated funding from county, state, and other sources.

In addition to the items below, no facility condition indices (FCI) for each HCPSS facility currently exists. While the state of Maryland has all local educational agencies working towards identifying each one of their facilities with a condition index, our Operations staff indicated there is not currently a target date to develop.

Capital improvement planning, including the long range master and systemic planning, is done through the budget request process, which was completed February 19, 2019.
