Please supply in excel format, for all HCPSS Middle and High schools for the past 10 school years: the number of students late to school, the number of student absent from school and the average number of total students for each school. Please make sure these numbers are broken down by each school and year.

An existing report on tardy and absent rates by school. This information is only available from our current student information system back through SY2016. Please note, percent is determined by the total number of membership days based on enrollment of students per school (rather than total number of students) and includes all marked absence/tardy days regardless of lawful/unlawful determination or half/full day absence. For reference, the expectations for recording absence and tardy can be found under HCPSS Policy 9010: Attendance: https://www.hcpss.org/policies/9000/9010-attendance/implementation/. HCPSS has made substantial efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information; however, data collection and reporting is consistently subject to change. Please be mindful when comparing data as many variances can occur between reports based on date pulled, parameters used, categories included, etc.
