For reference, our Purchasing Office indicates HCPSS does not currently have a management print services program contract. While subject to change based on need, our copier contract covers approximately 300 devices and our printer contract covers approximately 3,500 devices. All contracts and purchasing are handled through our Purchasing Office: https://purchasing.hcpss.org/.
