As HCPSS does not hold any direct contracts for purchases from Fountas & Pinnell, we have located the attached purchase order descriptions from our accounting system where payments were made to Heinemann Library for the use of Fountas & Pinnell software and/or programs (FY17 information was previously supplied under MPIA 2018-062). Staff indicates the FY18 purchase order was for a Leveled Literacy Intervention, and the FY19 purchase orders covered assessment conversion kits to upgrade systems across all schools. Under MPIA GP ยง 4-311, which prevents disclosure of personnel records of an individual, employee identification numbers have been redacted.
