I understand that the school district pays an outside company to pick up, examine and recondition each football helmet at each school every year, and that the company returns the helmets with an inventory that details each helmet by manufacturer, model and year. As such, I request:
- Football helmet inventories from 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019;
- Invoices received by the school district for helmet inventory and reconditioning from 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019
for every high school in the district, including:
Atholton;
Centennial;
Glenelg;
Hammond;
Howard;
Long Reach;
Marriotts Ridge;
Mount Hebron;
Oakland Mills;
Reservoir;
River Hill;
Wilde Lake.
Responsive to this request, our Athletics Office has collected available inventories and invoices related to football equipment reconditioning for 2016 through 2019. Please note, in some instances the vendor included the inventory/helmet detail information within the invoice and others supplied separate reports. Due to volume of responsive records, files are available via CD.
