Settlements, monetary or otherwise, paid out for complaints/lawsuits/grievances concerning students with special needs. Within this request, we are asking for data related to each dispute which would include, but not necessarily be limited to, date/dispute type/parties involved/settlement amount, etc. We understand, and appreciate, the reports may need to be redacted to exclude personal/sensitive information.

Per discussions to narrow the timeframe to SY2019, please find attached the responsive information. Please note, this includes settlements signed during SY2019 as well as those entered into outside SY2019 where payments for such services/agreements were made during SY2019.
